We are "The Parking Garage" in West Campus! Located at the corner of 22 ½ Street and Rio Grande Street, The Quarters Parking Garage has more than 1,250 spaces to serve your needs when it comes to parking. Contractual parking is available to residents and to the public. Daily parking is also an option if you need to attend class, want to enjoy the offerings of our neighborhood retailers, are attending a U.T. football game, or just want to visit a friend. Parking has always been tight in West Campus…but you now have a solution.

Rates

Contractual parking is $99.00 per month plus tax.

Daily Parking is:
0-30 minutes are free
31-60 minutes $2.00
61-120 minutes $3.00
121-24 hrs. $5.00

Daily maximum is $5.00

Certain retailers at 2222 Rio Grande Street also offer parking validation for being a patron of their establishment. If you visit one of the stores, please remember to take your parking ticket with you to be validated. And, tell them your home is at The Quarters!
